We are currently looking to recruit event staff to join the Levy team in both hospitality and retail positions
Our retail cashiers must be able to display the below:
- Know and describe drinks/food menus
- Display a positive guest attitude
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Meet and greet guests whilst taking any drinks/food orders.
- Serve all food and drinks ordered in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
- Effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques
- Ensures that correct food/drink accompaniment’s are available to guests
- Adheres to Levy appearance guidelines
- Attends any training sessions as required
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Ensure that health, safety and hygiene rules and procedures are followed at all times.
- Clean area at end of the day, dispose of all rubbish
Our hospitality staff must be able to display the below:
- Meet, greet, seat and take orders from customers.
- Serve all food and drink ordered in a polite, efficient, courteous manner, in line with company standards, using all appropriate opportunities to up sell additional drinks.
- Clear tables, adjust covers as necessary and maintain a clean and tidy workstation.
- Refer all customers comments to Management/Supervisor.
- Ensure that all health, safety and hygiene rules and procedures are followed at all times.
- Cleaning area at end of the day, disposing of all rubbish, returning dirty linen and any disposables to servery.
- Undertaking any other duty deemed reasonable by the Management, in order to meet the demands on the business.

Requirements
